Morning-  07:00 to 08:00 / 08:00 to 09:00. 

Afternoon   -  18:00 to 19:00 / 19:00 to 20:00.

Morning- 06:00 to 07:00 / 07:00 to 08:00 / 08:00 to 09:00

Afternoon - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm / 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Morning- 06:00 to 07:00 / 07:00 to 08:00 / 08:00 to 09:00
